Hogenkamp Research has totally redesigned the wire shake concept. Rather than mounting the breast roll on flexible PVC supports and rocking it back and forth, a linear slide bearing housing surrounds the breast roll bearing and slides it linearly in a smooth back and forth motion.

Stationary Deckles can cause edge waves when the stock leaves the headbox and reflects off the stationary wall of the edge deckle. To overcome this problem, Hogenkamp Research has introduced the Dynamic Deckle which guides the stock down the forming table at the same speed as the fabric and stock. Call for details!
